Gardemanger DONE
Its been nearly 2 months of culinary practicum and I am quite pleased to say that I have improved my knowledge, and patience levels.
Gardemanger was definately awesome because of Chef Heinrich and his patience. Also because of that, the 10 of us bonded together quite well. Although I love the adrenaline that I can get from a “order” and ‘pick-up” stand point, gardemanger actually made me realise the importance of planning everything in sequence. Not only that, Gardemanger also taught me how to be presentable in terms of food presentation.
